Statement on Approved Sale and Use of U.S. Borax
Pesticide Products in Canada

A pesticide is defined by Health Canada as any product, device, organism, substance or thing that is manufactured, represented, sold or used as a means for directly or indirectly controlling, preventing, destroying, mitigating, attracting or repelling any pest.

All U.S. Borax products registered under the Pest Control Products Act with the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), including those listed below must be sold only to approved registrants with registered products. Formulators are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own product registrations.
