Prior to her role on the Americas customer service team, Paola was the business support officer for the U.S. Borax commercial team. She has in-depth knowledge of our agriculture product registrations, and works closely with sales and logistics to provide support for our customers. Previously, Paola spent 10 years in marketing, public relations, and journalism in her native Colombia.
Paola has a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Politécnico Grancolombiano University as well as a certifications in corporate social responsibility (CSR) from Politécnico Grancolombiano University and neuroscience for marketing and sales from the Business & Innovation Institute of America - BiiA LAB. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese.
